Terms & Conditions

To qualify for our Best Price Guarantee, the competing offer must meet these criteria:

• The offer must be for the exact same adventure (same itinerary, dates, inclusions, operator)
• The price must be publicly available and verifiable
• The competing offer must be from an authorized ALE affiliate or partner
• The request must be made before your booking is confirmed and payment is processed
• The competing offer must be valid and available at the time of your request

This guarantee applies to base adventure pricing. It does not apply to promotional codes, private group discounts, or last-minute clearance sales offered by other operators after your booking date. Currency differences and payment processing fees are considered when comparing prices.
